On Saturday, October 18th, we invite you to a special Patron Appreciation Night, featuring the debut of our Chef’s Tasting Menu by Armando "Tato" Ayala.

It’s a heartfelt thank-you, with a menu full of flavor, a thoughtful wine pairing, and a Moulin Rouge-inspired performance to delight and entertain.

7:00 PM 'sharp' - Dinner Seating
7:00 PM to 9:00 PM - Dinner Experience-  savoring the 4 course curated menu and wine pairings
9:00 PM to 11:00 PM - French Salon- enjoy a relaxed atmosphere to connect and unwind with fellow Patrons

With a smoky bacon emulsion

- Duck Skewers -
Served with carrot hummus

Appetizers
- Salmon Crudo -
Avocado mousse, green apple, shallot, and cucumber, finished with a mustard sorbet

- Filet Mignon Tataki -
Seared and sliced, with parsnip purée and dark stock gelée

Soups
- Leek and Garlic Soup -
Topped with a golden cheese crust

Main Courses
- Roasted Turbot -
Pumpkin couscous and roasted garlic beurre blanc

- Oriental Marinated Skirt Steak -
With a fresh dill–marjoram sauce, accompanied by popcorn risotto
